How Gatherlines came together.
Jessica Bertels founded Gatherlines LLC after more than six years of working in and continuously learning event planning. Through that experience, she noticed something consistent: most clients did not need someone to take over their event — they needed someone to help them think through it more clearly.
Too many events reach the final weeks with the same problem: scattered decisions, unresolved vendor questions, and a planning process that never quite came together. Gatherlines exists to prevent that. The consulting approach is built around understanding the event first, then building the right structure around it.
Working online means Jessica can help clients regardless of location or schedule. A session might cover a vendor decision, a timeline gap, a budget concern, or a logistics question — whatever needs to move forward. The goal is always the same: a clearer plan by the end of the conversation.
